The Job
The Peugeot 107 is a PSA group city car — sharing its platform with the Citroën C1 and Toyota Aygo — and uses a Philips ID46 transponder embedded in the key head. Programming a spare requires synchronising the new transponder to the BSI (Body Systems Interface) module without erasing the existing key.
We carried the correct Peugeot 107 key blank on the van, cut the blade to match the existing key profile, and programmed the transponder chip using PSA-compatible equipment. A fully working spare key — tested, turned the ignition, started the engine.
