Audi uses VAG immobiliser generations IMMO2–IMMO5. Older models use ID48 transponder chips with HU66 or HU100 blade profiles. Current models use MQB-platform AES keys with proximity access. The A3 8P and earlier A4 often use flip keys with integrated 433MHz remote.
