A customer in Milton Keynes contacted us needing a spare key for their Audi A3. We attended on-site, and by the time we left they had two fully working flip keys — both cutting to the lock and programming to the immobiliser confirmed on the driveway.
The Job
The Audi A3 uses a VAG flip key with a transponder chip — the blade needs cutting to the vehicle's specific profile, and the chip must be synchronised with the immobiliser. We carry Audi-compatible blanks and the professional VAG diagnostic interface as standard, so there's no parts wait and no dealer booking required.
We cut and programmed the new key at the customer's address, then verified both keys started the car and operated the central locking cleanly before leaving.
